Ingredients:
•1 cup pineapple chunks
•1 banana
•1/2 cup mango chunks
•1 cup kale or spinach
•1 cup coconut water
•1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
•Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions:
1.Combine pineapple, banana, mango, kale, and coconut water in a blender.
2.Blend until the mixture is smooth and all the greens are well incorporated.
3.Add chia seeds and lime juice, then blend briefly to mix.
