Energizing Detox Green Smoothie
This Detox Green Smoothie is designed to give your body a healthy boost of vitamins and minerals. It’s perfect for a detox day or whenever you need a revitalizing drink.
Ingredients:
•1 green apple, cored and chopped
•1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
•1 cup spinach
•1/2 lemon, juiced
•1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
•1 cup water or coconut water
•1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1.Place the green apple, cucumber, spinach, lemon juice, ginger, and water into the blender.
2.Blend until the mixture is smooth and there are no chunks left.
3.Taste and add honey or agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
4.Serve in a glass with a slice of lemon for garnish.
